Why CivilProposal exists
Most projects begin with the same repetitive work: looking up zoning, flood mapping, servicing and permit rules across municipal, provincial and federal websites, then writing down the assumptions. Most of that information already exists in public datasets.
CivilProposal was created to give every project a sourced starting point. The goal is not to replace professional judgment; it is to start with better information, clearer assumptions and less administrative effort.

CivilProposal was built by combining those disciplines with publicly available municipal, provincial, and federal datasets used during early-stage civil project scoping.
