Why CivilProposal Exists
We saw that many civil pursuits begin with the same repetitive work: reviewing municipal data sources, identifying permitting considerations, documenting assumptions, and building proposal language from scratch. That work happens before the pursuit is even qualified, and most of it draws on information that already exists in public datasets.
CivilProposal was created to provide a structured starting point so engineering teams can spend more time applying professional judgment and less time assembling information.
