Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes 3 Site Intelligence Report credits per month (sourced from open data), 2 proposal draft generations per month, and PDF export. Need more reports in a month? Buy a single report for $89 CAD or a 5-pack for $195 CAD. Upgrade to Solo when you need Word export, client share links, and higher monthly limits.
What is a Site Intelligence Report credit?
Each Site Intelligence Report you generate uses one report credit. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of credits (Free 3, Solo 15, Team 50, Firm unlimited) that resets each billing month. Creating and editing proposals does not use credits.
What happens when I use all my report credits?
You can still access, edit, and export everything you have already generated. To run more Site Intelligence Reports before your allowance resets, buy a single report for $89 CAD or a 5-pack for $195 CAD, or upgrade your plan.

Is my data stored in Canada?
Yes for application data and authentication. Your proposal database and sign-in are hosted on Supabase in Montreal (Canada Central), and application servers run on Fly.io in Toronto. AI generation (OpenAI), payment processing (Stripe), and analytics are handled by U.S. providers under contractual safeguards, with cross-border processing disclosed in accordance with PIPEDA. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What are reusable staff profiles?
Reusable staff profiles are person records (name, title, credentials) you reuse across proposal staffing. Your plan’s seat number (maxUsers) is one shared cap: it limits roster profiles, workspace login members, and per-pursuit collaborators. Team and Firm unlock collaboration; the numeric seat limit still applies to all three uses.
What happens to my price if pricing changes?
Existing subscribers keep the pricing they signed up at. Price changes apply to new subscriptions only; your plan renews at your current rate for as long as you stay subscribed.
