How pricing works
What a report is
One site report for one address: every dataset we check for that site, with the source named on each value. Refreshing a report after you change its project inputs uses one report from your allowance. When we update our data and prompt you to refresh, that refresh is free.
What a pursuit is
A pursuit is one live bid: the site report it's built on, the scope and fee, and the AI proposal draft together. Regenerating a section inside an existing pursuit never counts as a new pursuit. Pursuits come with Pursuits and Enterprise plans. AI proposal drafts are included in every pursuit (fair use).
When you reach your limit
Everything you have already made stays available to view, edit and export. On Try it, your free report is one time and does not reset: buy a single report for $99 or choose a plan. On a paid plan, buy an extra report for $35, upgrade, or wait for your allowance to reset at the start of your next billing cycle. Pursuits can't be bought one at a time: upgrade for more.

Cancel anytime
Cancel or change plans yourself in the billing portal (Settings, then Billing). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I buy a single report without a subscription?
Yes. $99 per report, one time, no subscription required. Credits are valid for 12 months and are used only after your plan's report allowance is spent.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your card is charged in CAD.
Is tax included?
No. GST/HST and provincial sales taxes are added at checkout based on your billing address. You can enter your business tax number at checkout, and it appears on your invoices.
Where are my invoices and receipts?
Stripe emails a receipt for every payment. Owners and admins can download every invoice in the billing portal (Settings, then Billing, then Manage billing).
What if a payment fails?
Your plan stays active while Stripe retries the payment. Stripe emails the billing contact, and the Billing page asks owners and admins to update the card. If the payment still fails after the retries, the subscription is cancelled and the workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing you made is deleted.
Is my data stored in Canada?
Yes for application data and sign-in. Your project data and sign-in are hosted on Supabase in Montreal (Canada Central), and application servers run on Fly.io in Toronto. AI generation (OpenAI), payment processing (Stripe), and analytics are handled by U.S. providers under contractual safeguards, with cross-border processing disclosed in accordance with PIPEDA. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What happens to my price if pricing changes?
Price changes apply to new subscriptions. Existing subscribers are told before any change to their price.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free (10x the monthly price). For example, Pursuits is $349/mo CAD monthly or $3490/yr CAD annually, instead of $4188/yr if paid month to month.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in the billing portal (Settings, then Billing, then Manage billing). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
