Sourced values show with their source; every other row carries one of six labels: Published standard, Confirm, Searched, nothing found, Temporarily unavailable, On the publisher's site or No approved source. Your team sees exactly what was sourced and what still needs checking. Where data isn't open, the row links to the office or lookup page to confirm with, instead of guessing.
1. Enter an address
Type the site address or place the site point on the map. A precise street address or parcel gets lot-scale layers (parcel, zoning, development permit areas); a rougher site point still gets the wider layers around the site.
2. Get the sourced site report
Municipal, provincial and federal government data for the site in one report: zoning, floodplain, IDF rainfall curves, soils, seismic, servicing, permits and more. The facts come from government data, not AI. Where data isn't open, the row links to the office to confirm with.
3. Scope, fee and proposal draft (Pursuits and Enterprise plans)

Honest about coverage
Municipal data is used where a municipality publishes it under a licence that allows commercial reuse. Everywhere else the report uses province-wide and federal layers and labels the gaps, so it stays useful without guessing.
