Lifesaver Technology Services Inc. is a software technology company. We are not an engineering firm, do not hold registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) or any other provincial engineering regulatory body, and do not provide engineering services of any kind.

Firms using AI-generated budget estimates in client proposals are responsible for disclosing that estimates are approximations subject to detailed cost analysis.

Limitation of Liability for Professional Use

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFESAVER TECHNOLOGY SERVICES INC., ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated proposal content
• Regulatory non-compliance or permit application failures
• Project delays, cost overruns, or budget inaccuracies
