Agricultural Land
BC Agricultural Land Reserve (Agricultural Land Commission).
Flood & Wetland
Flood map inventory, provincial/municipal floodplain layers, and wetland significance where available.
Climate & Design Rainfall
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC): climate normals and IDF design-rainfall curves.
Elevation & Terrain
Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) Elevation API.
Conservation Authorities
Select Ontario conservation authorities (e.g. TRCA, Credit Valley, Grand River, Conservation Halton).
Indigenous Territory & Treaty
Crown-Indigenous Relations (CIRNAC) and Indigenous Services Canada treaty boundary records, screening-level, not a substitute for formal Indigenous consultation.
Servicing
Municipal water, sanitary, and storm main layers where the municipality publishes queryable data.
Traffic
Municipal and provincial average annual daily traffic (AADT) where published.
What You Must Verify
Screened outputs are planning-level signals, not regulatory clearances. Confirm zoning, floodplain regulation, permits, servicing, and design parameters with the municipality and authorities having jurisdiction before relying on them in a fee proposal.
