Outputs start as planning-level signals from open data, each labelled and carrying its source and a data-as-of date.
2. Verification Checklist
The in-app checklist and exports list the items to confirm: assumptions and screened signals that need a professional or authority to sign off.
3. Confirmed by Your Team
Your engineers confirm against the municipality and authorities having jurisdiction. Verification is a professional judgment, made by you.
4. Documented in the Export
The PDF/Word appendix records what was screened, the source attribution, and the data-as-of stamp, an audit trail for the proposal.
Coverage is honest by design: municipal intelligence is live where published; elsewhere the product shifts to a baseline plus verification workflow rather than implying local data it does not have.
